Laura Clarke


Official Bio

Laura Clarke is a Toronto-based writer and a graduate of University of Toronto’s MA in Creative Writing program. Her work has been published in various journals including The Antigonish Review, Grain, PRISM international, and The Puritan. She is the winner of the 2013 RBC Bronwen Wallace Award for Emerging Writers from the Writers’ Trust of Canada.

Community Involvement

Laura was a poetry reader for The Puritan.

Current Projects

Laura is working on a manuscript of poetry. She recently won the Bronwen Wallace Award for Emerging Writers for her sequence, Mule Variations.
